$5,000 (two none available): Full page ad in conference program, preferred table placement, 15 minute presentation at breakfast on Friday, list of attendee emails post event. Includes a vendor table with premier/preferred placement.
Gold Sponsorship
$2,500 (two available): Half page ad in conference program, preferred table placement, 10 minute presentation on Friday before dinner (group will be split into two rooms; sponsors will present to half group), list of attendee emails post event. Includes a vendor table with preferred placement.
Silver Sponsorship
$1,250 (unlimited spots available): A quarter page ad in conference program, list of attendee emails post event. Includes a designated vendor table at the conference.
Bronze Sponsorship
